What credit cards are accepted?

What will I pay for shipping?
Contiguous U.S.-A flat fee of $5 for 4 or less books, shipped via UPS.
Alaska and Hawaii-A flat fee of $9 for 4 or less books, shipped USPS Priority Mail.
International orders-Actual charges plus 10%, shipped via Air Parcel Post.
Expedited shipments-If you would like your order more quickly, call customer service at (800) 992-2908.
How quickly is my order shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Orders within the contiguous United States are shipped by UPS ground, which can take 5 to 6 business days, depending on destination.
Orders from Alaska and Hawaii are shipped by USPS Priority Mail and can take 3 to 5 days.
How do I check the status of an order?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your UPS tracking number and a link to the UPS tracking Web site.
Is ordering online with Fulcrum safe?
When you complete your online order, you will be asked to submit credit card information. As you click to
complete the order, the secure server mode is initiated. Our secure server encrypts your personal information,
including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
You can have confidence using our secure server because the encryption process converts the characters you enter
into bits of code. You are safer using your credit card online than handing it to a waiter at a restaurant.

What if a book is not available?
Our site is linked to our inventory database, so if a title is out of stock, it will be stated on that book's page.
You are welcome to place a back order for that book. Back orders are shipped as soon as the products are available.
Back ordered titles along with the shipping charge will not be charged until the product is available for shipping.
